Các quạt sưởi này ngăn ngừa sự hình thành nước ngưng tụ và điều hòa nhiệt độ không khí bên trong được phân bổ đồng đều trong các tủ, hộp có các linh kiện điện / điện tử.
CS 030 được thiết kế như một bộ phận cố định cho phần dưới cùng của vỏ tủ. Để cố định tường, nên dùng quạt sưởi CS 130.
