Các quạt sưởi này ngăn ngừa sự hình thành nước ngưng tụ và điều hòa nhiệt độ không khí bên trong được phân bổ đồng đều trong các tủ, hộp có các linh kiện điện / điện tử.
DCR 030 được thiết kế như một thiết bị cố định cho phần dưới cùng của tủ. Để cố định tường, nên dùng quạt sưởi DCR 130.
